Intense Workouts, Short Intervals

Another notable new feature at 10XTO is the Strength Zone, focusing on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Total Athletic Conditioning and Full Body Conditioning classes. If you find that you are limited for time to work out while travelling, we recommend a HIIT class. This workout allows you to burn about the same amount of calories, but spend less time exercising.
