We are thrilled to be safely welcoming you to the hotel! Your health and safety, and the health and safety of our Associates has always been, and will remain, a top priority. We want you to feel safe, relaxed and comfortable during your stay with us. During the time of your stay, amenities and staffing levels may be restricted and the Hotel X Toronto experience may look different as we embark on this “new normal”, but it will feel the same. Rest assured our dedicated staff will be delivering the same attention to detail and an extraordinary guest experience that we pride ourselves on.
Please note, effective September 22, 2021, the Province of Ontario’s proposed changes to Regulation 645/21 become effective making the below areas and amenities within the hotel available only to those guests who can provide proof of vaccination*:

The Screening Room
Meeting & Event Spaces
*Proof of Vaccination includes: proof of double vaccination, plus a piece of government issued ID.
Children under the age of 12 are exempt from providing proof of vaccination.

Arrival and Check-In Experience
We understand that your arrival experience sets the tone for the rest of your stay. We want you to feel assured that we have gone above and beyond to ensure you feel safe before you even walk through the door. Below you will see how we have enhanced our contactless arrival experience and check-in to meet government requirements.
From check-in, our wonderful Associates will be delighted to assist you with getting your luggage to your room.
24/7 text messaging communication available for Guests to contact Front Desk in a contactless manner for any room or amenity requests.
In order to adhere to policies and regulations, and ensure proper distancing is maintained, pool capacity has been reduced to 24 people at one time.
Reservations are required. 2 hour time slots are available.

You will notice extra pillows, blankets and robes generally stored in rooms will be removed, but are available upon guest request.
NanoSeptic Self-Cleaning Covers – We have rolled out the use of NanoSeptic Self-Cleaning Covers on all elevator buttons, doorknobs and handrails so they are continuously being cleaned.
This material utilizes mineral nano-crystals which creates an oxidation reaction stronger than bleach. It constantly oxidizes organic contaminants and unlike traditional disinfectants and cleaners, the NanoSeptic surface uses no poisons, heavy metals or chemicals. It is powered by visible light. This creates a “neutral zone” where no bacteria/virus can attach onto the cover.
Touch-less Hand Sanitizer Stations – placed in all elevator lobbies and high-traffic public areas for Associate and guest use.
All Associates are required to wear a protective face mask while on property – although, rest assured, they are welcoming you with a warm smile behind their mask.
All Associates will also wear additional PPE when required, or if desired.
All Associates will have completed extensive and comprehensive training for health and safety protocols and procedures.
Associates are required to follow physical distancing protocols at all times.
No Associate will enter the property until a contactless temperature check has been done and they have been cleared.
